The daughters of Fire Lieutenant Gordon 'Matt' Ambelas were given the helmets from each of the two firehouses he had worked at after his funeral on Staten Island. Gia and Gaby, ages 5 and 8, were accompanied by their mother Nanette and members of the FDNY.
